In May I traveled to Slovenia with friends to celebrate our dear friend Katie's 40th birthday. Katie had been planning this trip for over a year and designed such a memorable experience for us.
Our group stayed at Pri'Lenart (Hi Luka and Zana!), a boutique hotel located just outside of Ljubljana that specializing in hiking trips; we spent most mornings hiking a different trail through the mountains before returning in the afternoon for tea and a nap (or a sit in the hot tub), then we gathered to enjoy Zana's amazing dinner.
The week was full of deep conversation, delicious food and stunning views. I am deeply grateful to have had this experience (shoutout to Wes for holding down the fort at home), and am glad I brought along my camera to capture some of the memories.
